Application privacy

This notice covers applications submitted to COR Coaching, operated by Owen Ruley.

What you share

The application collects your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, plan choice, training experience, goals, current routine, and reasons for applying. Please do not include medical records, payment details, or other sensitive information.

How it is used

Owen uses your answers to assess coaching fit, review and manage your application, and contact you about a potential call or your Starter Plan request. Submitting the form does not enroll you or authorize payment. Contact consent applies to your application, not unrelated marketing.

Storage and access

Applications are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure and are available through a password-protected review page. They are not displayed publicly. Cloudflare processes information needed to operate and secure the website. Abuse prevention uses temporary keyed hashes of connection addresses rather than storing raw addresses in the application database.

Your choices

You may ask Owen to correct or delete your application, or withdraw permission for further contact, by replying to his application-related email or message. To submit a request before you have heard from Owen, use the application form with the same email address, select email as your preferred contact method, and clearly state your request in the written fields. No coaching purchase is required for a privacy request.

Retention

Applications remain in the review system until Owen deletes them. Ask for deletion at any time. The site does not use advertising cookies; the review page uses a necessary session cookie for administrator sign-in.
